Melting Rabbit

You present a wooden frame, a cut-out rabbit, a thin wooden board, and a regular nut and bolt.

The frame has a fixed horizontal panel with a hole at its centre, and the rabbit also has a hole in the middle.

You lock the rabbit in place by passing the nut and bolt through the holes, making it impossible for the rabbit to move.

Now, cover the bottom of the frame with the thin board, say a few magic words, and the rabbit mysteriously slides from one side of the frame to the other, visibly passing through the locked nut and bolt.
