HOW TO WRITE A HELPFUL REVIEW

Customer Product Review Guidelines on magicshop.ch

We appreciate your interest in submitting product reviews. For every approved review, you will automatically receive 25 bonus points credited to your account once your review has been verified.

PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES:

1. Every review must contain more than 10 words.
2. We are interested in your opinion. Please write only your personal thoughts and experiences regarding the product you purchased. Do not copy text from other sources into your review.
3. Please use appropriate language. Defamatory, racist, sexist, offensive, tasteless, or vulgar expressions are not permitted.
4. Please do not ask questions in your review. Instead, direct any questions to our customer service team.
5. Please review the product itself and its performance, not Magicshop or the manufacturer. Comments such as "fast shipping," "great service," or "quick replacement" do not evaluate the product.
6. Please be objective and fair. This is the kind of review you would also appreciate when researching products yourself. Unfair reviews that criticize entire manufacturers or product lines, contain unrealistic expectations regarding features or pricing, or compare products to significantly more expensive alternatives are often not helpful to other customers.
7. Reviews must not reveal any magic methods, secrets, or techniques.
8. Please note that you must be logged in to submit a review. Your reviews will then be visible in your account. Guest reviews are not accepted.
9. Please do not mention spelling mistakes or missing functions on our product pages in your review. Instead, use the designated feedback function.
10. Please do not include external links (such as YouTube, Facebook, etc.) in your reviews.
11. Please avoid mentioning personal information such as your address, website, or full name in your review, as this information could potentially be misused by third parties.
12. Please do not copy text from other reviews or use duplicate content, for example when reviewing the same product in different colors.

Notice

We reserve the right not to publish reviews that violate these guidelines or contain factually incorrect, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content. We may also remove reviews from our website if we subsequently become aware of a valid reason for doing so.

WHO MAY REVIEW PRODUCTS?

Any registered Magicshop customer may review products purchased from us. Products not purchased through Magicshop cannot be reviewed. This policy helps ensure that reviews are authentic and useful to other customers. We want to prevent reviews based on hearsay or second-hand information. Likewise, we aim to prevent our platform from being used as a marketing tool to artificially promote certain products through positive reviews or harm sales through negative reviews.

Please note that you must be logged in when submitting a product review.

HOW DOES MAGICSHOP HANDLE REVIEWS?

Incoming reviews are usually approved by our moderators within three business days. Reviews are not subject to detailed content or legal verification. Moderators only check reviews for readability and obvious violations of these guidelines or applicable laws.

We reserve the right not to publish reviews that violate these rules. If a violation is discovered after publication, we reserve the right to remove the review. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically inform you if your review is not published.

We also reserve the right to remove reviews if the reviewed product is no longer part of our product range, if the review has been rated as unhelpful by a large majority of readers and at least 10 customers, or if customers provide evidence of false statements or guideline violations.
