Magicshop respects your privacy. Any personal information you supply will be used strictly for our own use. We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to anyone else.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Guaranteed Quality
We warrant the materials and workmanship of the products we sell are without defect. Otherwise, we will replace the defective product upon its prepaid return. Please notify us about the problem within five days of your receipt of the order and we will e-mail you a return authorization voucher to enclose in your return package.
Prices / VAT / Customs
Orders within Switzerland/Liechtenstein: All orders included 8% VAT for Switzerland. There will be no extra costs for customs.
Orders within Union European: All prices included 19% VAT, because they are shipped once a week from Germany. There will be no extra costs for customs.
Orders from other Coutries: Since that every order that is leaving Switzerland needs to include 8% VAT.
Only orders for other countries have to expect costs for customs of their country.
Return/Exchange Policy
Our aim is that you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Magicshop. When the goods arrive you feel that there is a problem with the quality or you feel that they are not exactly as described then please notify us immediately and we will consider a full refund or an exchange. You must do this within seven days to the Returns Address shown on the 'Contact' page of our website. You also have a Right to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order. We offer a full refund for all returns providing the goods are returned with the original packaging intact and unopened and in the condition they were supplied. (We do not refund the return postage costs unless the reason for the return relates to the quality or our description of the goods).
Articles which are not supplied in sealed packaging can not be returned, because much of the value of a magic trick, book, CD or DVD, lies in its secret.
So, please make your selections carefully.
Back orders
Items that are out off stock at the moment of order will be shipped without extra costs as soon as they are back in stock. Back ordered items of Express orders will be shipped by Priority shipping as soon as they are back in stock.
Returned Parcels
Parcels which are returned because of incorrect addresses or which were not picked up at post stations will only be shipped again after a payment of 30 EUR.
Please note: We have to pay 15 EUR for accepting a returned parcel.
Magnets
By ordering magnets from us, you agree to have read the "important information".
Batteries
Please note that some items need batteries or come with batteries. We do not offer any kind of guarantee for batteries. Please exchange batteries when you received the products.
Your use of this Website
You must only use this Website for lawful purposes, and you must not use it in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else or that restricts or inhibits anyone else's enjoyment of the Website.
