Procedure for purchase of downloadable products:
1. Add the product(s) as usual in the shopping cart and go to checkout.
2. One working day after receipt of payment you will receive an e-mail with all necessary information and your login data.
3. With the login data you can login into your account and can download or view the products there.
Free downloadable magic product
Please note:
If your orderd only download products please choose the shipping method "Magic Downloads". If other physical items are ordered please choose the corresponding shipping option for your country.
Each product must be activated individually for you from us. This can take up to 24 hours (during the week). Sorry we don’t work on Saturday or Sunday!
Download products can not be "returned". After ordering there is no possibility for refund.
You can always stream the products on our website after login in. Most of the products can be downloaded, a few can only be streamed.
Examples:
If you order a download product on Wednesday, you will receive on Thursday an e-mail stating that you can download the product from your download area.
If you purchase a product on Friday after 12 am, the products will be activated for you on Monday.
