Order your items on-line with the safety of our 128bit security; just click on any of the menu items to the left and you will be taken to the first page of that section. Find the item you want (you can use the Search button above if you know what you want) and just click the "Buy Now button".

I am having a problem ordering – what should I do?

How do I make my purchase?
Making a purchase with Magicshop AG could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy, adding them to your shopping cart. Please note that all prices are shown in EURO and CHF in Switzerland. After you have finished your selection, click on ORDER and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept online payments via credit card or Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. You are also able to pay via Paypal or by bank transfer.

When will my order be dispatched to me?
All other orders are despatched from Switzerland every day.

Are my card details secure when ordering with Magicshop AG?
Absolutely! We use Payone which is an off site payment processing site that is safe and secure. If you do not wish to enter your card details over the Internet then please feel free to telephone through your order on: +41 (0) 71 511 23 48 between 8am and 5 pm Monday – Thursday.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes we do. Magicshop AG does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties under any circumstances. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. When you order products, Magicshop AG will collect your name, address, contact and payment details. We require this information so that we can process and dispatch your order as well as contact customers if there is a query with their order. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

Are prices subject to change?
Magicshop AG reserves the right to alter the prices on any item at any time without prior notice. This may be due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates or an increase in production costs. All pricing changes are made at the discretion of the company and once made, are final. Any queries in regards to pricing changes should be directed to Magicshop AG via any of the contact methods below.
