In VEX you will learn how to appear to bend borrowed coins with you mind.
Since Geller popularized coin bending demonstrations in the 70's, magicians and mentalists have strived to create the most believable coin bending effects possible.
Inside the 30 minutes of one of one tuition with metal bending expert Dee Christopher, you will learn THREE very different coin bending effects that require very little set up, no gimmicks and are eye-poppingly visual.
You will learn:
- The Swivel Bend: A no switch coin bend with incredible visuals in which the coin can be signed!
- The Surface Bend: You place a coin on the back of your hand, with a rub it starts to bend upwards around your fingers!
- Hallucination: A phenomenally visual coin bend requiring very little skill. In hallucination, you could immediately have the coin become straight once again, allowing the spectators to question whether what they just saw REALLY happened, or if it was just a hallucination!
This is not just three variations on an effect, these are three completely different methods. Also included is a talk through where to go next with metal bending, an introduction to bending coins and a charming english accent.
Also included on the DVD is a companion eBook which includes essays on improving your performances and reactions as well as the explanation of Chris Lafferty's ATTACK! isolated coin bend.
"Dee just raised the bar with not just one, but three brand new coin bends. Throw your old coin bends out and get the hell out of the way for Vex!"
- Lloyd Barnes
"These coin bends look really, REALLY great!"
- Morgan Strebler (Liquid Metal)
"I have seen Dee Christopher stun people in the real world with this material"
- Marc Oberon
